The staff were brilliant; the room was clean and spacious enough for two. My daughter, whose birthday it was, was very impressed by her weekend. Many thanks to everyone.

Liked: We booked dinner b&b. Bit disappointed to realise most people in restaurants were on a groupon deal which would have been better value for us. Waiting staff a bit chaotic...but Realize Brexit has stuffed service sectors. Hotel is still iconic.

Shockingly bad for the brand...

Liked: The location is very central. Covent Garden. Strand and the Trafalgar square are all a short walk away.
Disliked: The sound and thermal insulation is poor. Could hear people all through the night like a cheap motel. The housekeeping lacks attention to details with toiletries not replenished. The staff are cold and aloof. The staff at breakfast barely interacts with customers.
