Good location but too expensive

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Too expensive for a super small room (not even a cabinet)which isn’t the cleanest (stains everywhere in the bathroom and remains from the previous person) or in a general proper condition (wear and tear) Also their claim not to change towels daily to safe water and energy is just an excuse to cut their costs. I can understand for like maybe 1-2 days. But for the third day it’s should be self understanding. Without the need to ask for it. Water temperature of the shower is going up and down every few seconds. The airflow system (which is centralised and not connected to the light in the „bathroom“) is going on in the middle of the night and super noisy. The curtains are not suitable to keep the room really dark which is bad considering the bed beeing right next to the huge windows. These are all tiny things I wouldn’t consider if the price wasn’t that high.

Liked: Really lovely, welcoming staff. Lobby area is very lovely and chilled to relax and meet friends in.
Disliked: Take an eyemask as the blinds in the window don't blackout the early sunrise in Copenhagen. Also, I know I'm a single traveller but 1 very lumpy pillow in a double bed is a bit mean!

Liked: Pleasant decor of the main hall near the reception and the room itself. Good localization. Tasty breakfasts. The reception is open 24 hours a day, so you can always buy something. Copenhagen is a beautiful city. Great place for a city break. Tasty breakfasts are definitely a plus in this hotel.
Disliked: We spent three days there and not once was the room cleaned, garbage not taken away, toilet paper not replenished. You have to pay extra for everything, even the courtesy of printing out one page of the boarding pass on the day of departure. The price is not adequate for the service, it is definitely better to fly to a warmer and cheaper place in Europe.

Compact, but suited our needs

Liked: We liked the location, we went back and forth to Malmo during our stay and It was just a short walk from Copenhagen Central Train Station, which was great. We liked the snack bar at reception for late night munchies :) The baggage storage facilities was also very handy and any staff we encountered during our stay were very pleasant and helpful. The proximity to the train station means you can hear trains at intervals through the day night, I personally didn't mind this and found it relaxing to listen to.
Disliked: The room was a little small, which we expected but if you aren't prepared for it, it might be disappointing.
