Stay at the W Times...

Liked: Good facilities and very quick lifts and access to things
Disliked: Had to switch rooms as the initial room I was given had a massive gap when sliding the bathroom door. Literally anyone else could see everything. Even the staff were quite surprised. Though that was only one day and the switch was made everything else was great, even had someone take care of my laundry after the usual hours of service. The whenever, whatever button on the phone is really useful and everyone I spoke to via there was always helpful.

Liked: Location right in Times Square. Great view of Times Square. We stayed in marvelous suite - enough room for the four of us. Staff were helpful.

fantastic stay in NYC, hotel...

Liked: great location, bar area, comfortable bed and pillows, fast elevators, great views. The room had sufficient clothes storage for our needs for a 6-night stay. Travelling as a family of 6 adults and one child, we booked two rooms -the hotel staff kindly ensured that the rooms were next to one another.
Disliked: some of the fittings in one room were not working correctly: a faulty light switch, door to bathroom did not slide open and closed easily, similarly with the blackout blinds which broke on our last day. The fittings in our other room were perfectly fine.

Great stay in Manhattan rooms...

Liked: The rooms are small but very functional with a great view. The hotel is well situated in Times Square.
Disliked: Did not like the lobby and the entrance of the hotel.

Liked: Location & friendly staff
Disliked: Not a 4*hotel - needs renovation - very small bathroom and outdated furniture - breakfast options are limited - reception infrastructure is on the 7th floor
