Liked: The room was extra small for 4 people ,with no mini fridge, the ac was not controllable and was so loud that we couldn’t sleep if it was on, we only had 2 plugs for 4people , there was no wardrobe or any place where we could put our stuff, there were many times when we had to wait at least 10 minutes for the elevator , the breakfast took an eternity to be ready but at least our room was cleaned every day.

Doesn’t worth your money

Liked: Not far from time square.
Disliked: The room is extremely tiny, and I would never repeat the experience. It’s really not worth it.The parking is not as advertised — approximately $50 per day, depending on the size of your car (single entry).There is also a lot of trash in front of the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: I really liked the property. It was clean. Fortunately, I was able to do an early check in. It’s within walking distance to Penn Station.
Disliked: My only complaint is the small ironing board. Other than than that everything

Liked: Absolutely amazing hotel!Fabulous position, lovely clean and quiet room, super friendly and flexible staff, breakfast was incredible and with many savoury and sweet options freshly made on demand. Rooms were made every day, the restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices to be in the centre of Manhattan. Little additions such as the free bottle of water, the free cocktails upon arrival, the popcorn in the afternoon, a little shop with sandwiches and drinks in case of emergency made also a difference. But overall all the staff was always smiling and willing to help. The atmosphere was so relaxing that we also enjoyed quiet evenings when we remained at the hotel! You really made our stay in NY so enjoyable, thank you so so much! We will absolutely come back on our next trip and recommend VOCO to all our friends who will come to NY!
