Weekend away

Liked: Location, It has a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. Also the complimentary water in the room and in other places in the hotel. Also the outside court yard and seating to sit and chat if you have people visiting you.
Disliked: Not alot of lighting in the room. Also we couldn't get the air-conditioning to go on until right before we checked out.

Liked: The staff were amazing! Courtney was able to get me an early check in and they’ve been super helpful during my stay. The hotel is clean and well kept. The location is perfect and central to everything

New York Birthday Trip 2025

Liked: Hotel was in a great location, staff were great, Breakfast was very tasty, good menu. Room was small but had lots of storage and we brought some of our own so made ot work. Very good noise insulation heard very little from other rooms and outside. 10 dollar tab a day the bar was useful. Water fountains with sparkling was excellent feature
Disliked: Same story lifts very busy at breakfast time, queue for breakfast very busy. No choice on eggs as they have no raw eggs seems strange as fried and scrambled eggs are offered, option to do boiled or poached would be good. Over all can't fault too much.

A nice hotel, great staff,...

Liked: Excellent staff on the whole, particularly reception staff. Rooms to expected standard for an IHG brand and kept clean.
Disliked: The breakfast process needs refinement, particularly for to-go orders during the busy hours. A separate queue for to-go would avoid people having to queue with the people waiting for seats. On some occasions it took 30 minutes just to be able to order to go. The lifts, there doesn’t appear to be any connection between the two lifts and no prioritisation. Often the lifts are stuck moving between floors and during busy periods the high floors are missed in preference for lower floors.

Exceptional

Liked: Very good value for money, especially for the location. The room was confortable, clean and quiet. And a special thank you to Johan who made my stay so wonderful, the best receptionist I've ever met! Always available to answer my queries, and a real pleasure to talk to him. I will book at this hotel for my next visit to NY for sure.
