Liked: The hotel is amazing, the room with lake view is gorgeous and the whole property modern and very well maintained. Nice pool, very nice hot tube, fitness center very good. Also the common space with fireplace was very warm and welcoming
Disliked: Such a pity that there was no continental breakfast, so we had to go in the village for that. Also at check-in we were offered one little chocolate, but it was two of us. Request for a second one was denied… how to start a stay with the wrong foot…

A beautiful hotel but definitely...

Liked: Great convenient location, beautiful view from balcony
Disliked: Staff was hit or miss. Our waitress at the bar was super suit, however the workers at check in were gossiping in Spanish not realizing I spoke Spanish. They also never gave us our breakfast meal vouchers until the next day and basically had to pull up my reservation just for them to look on the computer and to see we were supposed to get them. We were also supposed to get a lunch and dinner voucher but they didn’t honor that because the restaurant was technically closed for the week so only minimal food was being served in the bar. Also, and this was a little strange…after we checked in, one of the workers from the front desk that was gossiping, walked into our room without knocking. He just let himself in and looked shocked we were in there and stumbled over his words t trying to come up with a reason why he just walked into our room. After that happened we made a point of blocking the door and using the door jam to make sure it couldn’t happen again. We hadn’t had a chance to put the door jam in place before he had walked in on us still in the main hallway, hadn’t even put our bags down.

Liked: Beautiful location, great hotel, very clean and comfortable. This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at.
Disliked: Can't name a thing.

Liked: All of the hotel seemed brand new or in the process of being renovated
Disliked: Restaurant was t open, but the staff were phenomenal in making up for it. So accommodating!

Disliked: At check-in was offered a little chocolate and told they only give 1 per room so one of us got a chocolate and the other did not. So cheap and made the initial experience feel very cheap
