Liked: It was for our 25th wedding anniversary and it didn't disappoint. It was absolutely fantastic.The pool and spa were nice to relax in and it had a well equipped gym room. We had a beautiful meal in the Epoche bar, and the following morning we had the buffet breakfast. It was lovely . The staff were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay again.thank you.

Worst hospitality!!

Disliked: Firstly being an IHG rewards member the way I was treated here compared to other IHG properties.. it waa very poor. I booked for our wedding anniversary.. we got a bottle of wine inspite of multiple reminders and with a "happy birthday" note which was very annoying!! I haven't seen this treatment in any other IHG properties I stayed. Secondly the quilt provided in a double bed waa 2 single bed quilt wrapped between sheets, which was super uncomfortable at night kept falling out of the bedsheets leaving a gap in between, never seen this as well in any other property !! Worst thing waa that nothing was done or they did not try to compensate inspite of complaining at the reception. Toilet rolls were not refilled inspite of reminders .. No drinking water facility near the room and bottles were not provided as part of the stay which was ridiculous!! Worth spending money somewhere else than here!!

Beautiful location but not worth...

Liked: The grounds were beautiful and the reception team were amazing. The room was spacious. The pool was lovely and heated.
Disliked: There is no divide between the balconies for each room which made it feel unsafe to leave the curtains open to enjoy the view as a solo traveller during the day. Further there was only a flimsy lock on the sliding door instead of a stronger deadbolt. The cleanliness was not up to standard with the bath full of dirt and the room was very obviously poorly made up on the second day. The next point is not the property owners fault at all but just a heads up to future travellers all of the facilities are in seperate buildings without covered paths between which means if you have unfortunate wet weather you will get soaking wet trying to get between your room and other locations on the property.
