Lovely

Liked: Room 309 had a lot of noise from the kitchen up until 10:15pm. Luckily I'm a night owl and my husband's hearing is diminished. I was just surprised to hear so much banging, clanging and loud voices. We stayed in room 308 a month prior and we didn't hear anything. We still love it there!
Disliked: Please see above. I put in wrong spot. Other than loud kitchen we love everything. The friendly staff, beautiful decor and location!

Liked: The accommodations, in general, were very good. The location was excellent for visiting surrounding attractions The room was a bit smaller compared to the room we had during a previous visit but still quite nice. The restaurant was excellent.
Disliked: Our stored luggage, due to early arrival, was not available at check in. The luggage could not be found. It was resolved but caused some distress. The extra "Resort Fee" that was added to the final bill was not included in the quoted price for the room. This seems to contradict the claim that all taxes and fees were included in the quoted price by Booking. Com.

Disliked: No problems with the hotel or restaurant. Disappointed that the Washington St. Mall was empty and could not get a trolley tour or horse carriage tour. Booked solid back in October.
