A fantastic and relaxing experience!

Liked: Cleanliness, helpfulness of staff, great amenities (spa, swimming pool & steam room) that complements a relaxing break away!
Disliked: Not having access to a small fridge or safe in the room to keep valuables when out for the day

Comfy and friendly

Ok, but won't return

Liked: The beds were comfortable and bar was decent
Disliked: Breakfast us too expensive and, worst I have ever had. No aircon in rooms and fan was noisy and crap. Staff not very friendly to be honest, they seem to not like questions. The breakfast restaurant was poorly stocked and we had to keep asking for various things like a cup or teabags, fried eggs had to be ordered, the scrambled eggs looked off and smelt dreadful.

Disliked: Very noisy. Big gaps under the door so can hear everything out in the corridor. Also the noise from The traffic in the rooms at the front of the hotel is horrendous I requested a roomAt the back but didn’t get one.
