Disliked: Had booked room 6 monyhs in advance. Arrived and told only room left was disabled room. Low sink, disabled shower area adjoining room through a door. Room not cleaned after first night. Missed breakfast by 5 mins offered nothing. No custom care. Check in is complicated for no reason.

Ok for 1 night, but...

Liked: Convenient location, quiet rooms, comfortable adult beds, convenience of restaurant on site.
Disliked: Uncomfortable kids bed, ridiculous checking in system (thank goodness for the helpful team), borderline dangerous bath for showering in, no separate restaurant seating and bar noise levels with sports on not made the experience not enjoyable for older relatives and autistic child, poor bar and restaurant service, terrible choice and descriptions of desserts.

Liked: Room was very tidy.plenty of amenities on site, Gym and pool where very clean with lots of equipment.Staff where very helpful along with ordering taxis to reception.I would stay again here.iron included in the room was a nice touch.
Disliked: Breakfast was average. The prices within the hotel bar where a little steep and lacked choice for beers on tap.Would be a nice to have a list of amenities near by as the hotel is quite out of the way.
