Lovely and clean room with...

Liked: We had a very clean roomand were able to use the pool and sauna for free with our family room booking Karen at the gym and fitness was really polite and even offered my daughter and I to use a ladies only pool.y daughter was also gifted a swimming certificate after the use of the pool which was a really nice surprise.I also used the steam room and jacuzzi and enjoyed this in the morning just before we checked out.The free parking and location was ideal for our onwards trip to Aber Falls, Wales.Thank you Aneeka and Burhaan

Liked: Easy to find, plenty of parking space. Friendly and helpful staff at reception who accommodated us when we arrived for early check-in. Sufficient facilities in the room, quite spacious and nice comfortable bathroom.
Disliked: Generally quiet but walls were pretty thin and could often hear footsteps and conversations outside or upstairs. Certain parts of the room could do with better lighting.

Disliked: Room above us banging and slamming until gone 12pm.
