Good and bad

Liked: The staff were very helpful regarding an issue with my room and moved me straight away. I liked the way the girls at reception introduced themselves and were very approachable and friendly. The best was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: The rooms themselves are a little bit run down, mold on bathroom ceiling. Breakfast seemed to be a bit of a mess, with no eggs, and very little cooked food left.

Brilliant stay, friendly staff and...

Liked: The facilities were brilliant, staff so friendly, little touches like vouchers for pick and mix. Putting balloons and banners in the room for my Hubbys birthday. The card and drink voucher the little touches were amazing. The room space was brilliant. The pool was lovely and warm. Overall one of the better stays we have had. Thankyou to the staff for being so kind and thoughtful from reception to the leisure team. U guys are great!

Just a one night stay...

Liked: The staff were very helpful and polite the breakfast was good but the drinks machines were poor just as well there is a Starbucks on site, genuinely very good for the room price, great value.
Disliked: Better drinks machines at breakfast.

Exceptional

So so accommodation.

Liked: Room was clean, Bedwas comfortable, staff were friendly.
Disliked: Electronic check-in was farcical. It didn't work, and for something that's supposed to make check-in quicker and more efficient, it took 3 x staff members to eventually check me in. Pub / Grill for eating was far too noisy, not a pleasant environment for a meal, and not particularly clean either. Got my.order wrong as well.
