Village Hotel Bournemouth

A place to relax enjoy...

Liked: Perfect location for what I needed ie it’s right opposite Bournemouth Royal hospital which is great if you’re visiting a patient or for appointments. I guess you could say I personally liked it because the pool and the gym was a nice way to relax and a good distraction.
Disliked: The whole building was lovely spacious airy and actually quite fun, the entrance had a really good vibe.

Disliked: We stayed 18th to 20th July Friday evening was fine we had a evening meal afew drinks all was OK. However we found the beds were hard my granddaughter's bed was literally on the floor I have never in all my travels come across this. Saturday had breakfast which was OK left for the day. However Saturday evening was the real eye opener of this place went down to the bar for drinks and to watch the boxing on the large tv's. Oh boy there were 2 security people in there a group of men with wives and All there children Men were sat in a group drinking women talking in front of the tv's and children just running wild and even fighting not any response from the security or from management or staffWe decided to leave and return to our room on waiting for lift I strongly recommend that the management sort things out in the bar the security woman there just shrugged her shoulders. Take it from me there are far better hotels in the Bournemouth area and cheaper would I stay here again NO WAY

Alright all together restaurant was...

Liked: Spacious and great looking room everything was there that we needed.
Disliked: Staff charged us something we did not consent to pay for, the transaction went out twice and would not have been found if I had not have checked my bank balance.
