This was a beautiful property...

Liked: The staff was very welcoming, offered a drink at check in, which was lovely! Breakfast was very good, high quality and great coffee! Also I loved the property! Beautiful landscaping and fountains , and pool area was relaxing and stylish.
Disliked: The shower in our room did not contain the water and the whole bathroom flooded. The staff offered more towels to soak up the water which helped.

Disliked: We stayed two nights, but the beds were not made, and the towels were not replaced during that time. Not sure if that's normal procedure these days?

My new favourite hotel!

Liked: This is a beautiful hotel and perfect for a romantic getaway. Breakfast was plentiful-yoghurt,fruit,granola,pastries,bagels,smoked salmon, cream cheese. The restaurant was cosy on a cool evening with a wood fire burning serving great cocktails and tapas.
Disliked: Nothing

Beautiful Hotel and Wonderful Location

Liked: Gorgeous hotel and grounds. It's truly a beautiful establishment.
Disliked: I was provided a room that didn't look like what I was advertised and paid for. While the room was nice it wasn't the modern decor advertised and it was next to the kitchen. You can hear the staff talking and dishes clanking from the room so it was a little frustrating at times. In the end the General Manager, Phillip was very accommodating and apologized and worked things out with me. I would definitely go back and just request not to have room 7.
