Liked: Great central location! Cable car at doorstep, buses, F line, and BART transport within few minutes walk. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean.
Disliked: The room didn't have a kettle, only coffee maker. This room was at end of the hall, window facing O'Farrell St which got traffic noise *should highlight and discount these rooms (eg. Such as when you go to a concert, and pay less for limited view seats)

Best first trip to SF

Liked: The location of this hotel it’s absolutely amazing, it has a lot to see around and it’s connected to a lot of public transportation. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The double bed rooms are quite small, the bathroom is super tiny, it isn’t a deal breaker for me since we didn’t spend time in the room, but just a FYI.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly
Disliked: Everything else. Let’s start from the location: central yes, but terrifying. Even the receptionist told us not to get public transport at night because of where the hotel was located. The was also a weird smell in the hallway on our floor. The room was big-ish but could barely fit 2 people - but most importantly, it was super dark. There were only two bedside table lamps to lighten the room and that was it. There was barely any light coming from the outside. I’d never stay at this hotel again since it was quite pricey - you can find better (and cheaper) accommodations in other neighbourhoods of the city.

Nice hotel, friendly and cosy...

Liked: Location was perfect for the Moscone convention center. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helped me find a room that suited my needs.
Disliked: Not all of the rooms had desk spaces. I didn't think to request one because I have never stayed in a Hilton hotel room that didn't have a desk space. My first allocated room didn't but the staff helped me find a good one. Free Wifi wasn't quite fast enough for my needs so had to upgrade.
