Liked: The location
Disliked: It's outdated. There was no running water when I got there. No one had given me a new roll of tissue. The refrigerator was leaking on the floor. The tub was dirty. The white towels were stained. There were cracks in the ceiling from where it was patched up. My stay was horrible but I made the best of it.

Liked: Close to downtown Gas station right opposite with Subway

Very unhappy with the unprofessional...

Liked: Location was walking distance to where I needed to be.
Disliked: Was bit on the face by/found two bedbugs on the bed and when I called the front desk they were very rude and said that was “impossible” though I have photo evidence of the bugs and the bite on my face. I didn’t expect this to be a five star hotel in the slightest, (I know what I was paying for.) but I did expect there to be at LEAST no bed bugs.

Liked: Location can't be beat for the price. Walking distance from the Masonic Temple, casino, TV Lounge, etc. Staff very friendly and helpful, and there's even a very friendly cat wandering around.
Disliked: The room is nothing to write home about and the whole facility has kind of a seedy look to it.

Disliked: TV didn't work. Bathroom doom didn't close. Floor was dirty
