Victory House London

Great location but over-priced.

Liked: Excellent location if you want to be in the heart of Leicester Square. The staff are incredibly efficient and friendly.
Disliked: Over-priced; the room wasn't ready for us when we arrived; on day two the room wasn't cleaned and we had to wait around (working in the lobby) for it to be cleaned; the bin wasn't emptied and food on dirty plates wasn't removed from the room.

Liked: Location is very good, close to all key landmarks! Staff is very attentive and supportive, but they have little to no flexibility as everything is decided by the management.
Disliked: Room size, it is extremely small, barely has room to breathe! Looks different in photos on the website. Room windows are not sound proof, for a hotel bang in the centre of the city, that is a must. Luckily staff changed our room on the second day and we were away from the street facing room, so it was quiet second day onwards.

Lovely relaxing location in central...

Liked: Great location, amazing views, nice clear and airy rooms with good size bathroom, kindly upgraded us to a suite, comfortable bed, double size.
Disliked: No real bar or restaurant area but not an issue with location in Leicester Square, minor issue that no amenities in room which we didn’t realise until morning and wanted a tea and coffee!
