Comfortable stay that could have...

Liked: The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Leicester Square, most of the tourist and shopping sites of central London are about an hour away. The staff were very reactive and friendly.
Disliked: There was a frequent smell that came from the shower drain. Fortunately, the staff managed to move us. The housekeeping was slow to clean the room, we were out from about 09:00 and back at aroud 15:00 and our room would still not be made up.

Thought ot would be better...

Disliked: I thought the least they can do is have housekeeping to clean the room there wasn’t unless you ask for it the day before and if they came they will only take the trash out and fold the old towels again

The location was superb but...

Liked: Location, cleanliness, excellent staff
Disliked: The reception area was a bit grim. Could do with an upgrade in decor.

Disliked: be careful, they are scammers! upon arrival at the hotel, we were told that there was a mistake and they could not accommodate us, they had no available rooms - they assured us that the money would be refunded. As a result, we had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night. For the past 3 weeks, the money has still not been refunded, and no one is responding to emails.

Liked: A very well situated hotel with very good staff.
Disliked: Breakfast was sparse but good enough.

Disappointing

Liked: Location. The bed.
Disliked: The bedroom carpets and the bathroom were dirty.
