Great choice for nightowls and...

Liked: The location was very central, close to the theatre district. To be fair, it was way too busy for us, but we were supporting our friend's choice on this evening. It will be great for night owls. The staff were incredibly supportive, I am recovering from a major illness, and they accommodated our request for early check in. The bed was comfortable, great pillow choices, and the shower was *amazing*
Disliked: We knew the rooms were going to be tiny, but nothing quite prepares you for the size. If you're the type of travellers who are always out, then you're good. Better tea making facilities would be good. The fridge didn't work though.

Comfortable stay that could have...

Liked: The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Leicester Square, most of the tourist and shopping sites of central London are about an hour away. The staff were very reactive and friendly.
Disliked: There was a frequent smell that came from the shower drain. Fortunately, the staff managed to move us. The housekeeping was slow to clean the room, we were out from about 09:00 and back at aroud 15:00 and our room would still not be made up.

Thought ot would be better...

Disliked: I thought the least they can do is have housekeeping to clean the room there wasn’t unless you ask for it the day before and if they came they will only take the trash out and fold the old towels again

The location was superb but...

Liked: Location, cleanliness, excellent staff
Disliked: The reception area was a bit grim. Could do with an upgrade in decor.
