Liked: The young man Dhruv attending to the Breakfast was exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional, he made it easier to go for Breakfast. He jumped into action to make the coffees when the one of the machines was not working. Aparna at the reception was friendly as well. The room was clean and above all a great location right in the middle of everything you can think of and very close to all London attractions.
Disliked: There was no Chair in the bedroom, this should be considered for every room, i know this wasn't the case both room. The first one the sink wasn't working and we had to wait for good hour to be moved to another room which also doesn't have a chair, this can be challenging for someone with mobility restriction.

Liked: The room was comfortable for our two nights. It had a bar fridge and kettle. The room was a good size for two people. The property was conveniently located and easy to get to many places nearby.
Disliked: The elevator was broken upon our arrival and we had to carry our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. The breakfast at this hotel had potential but unfortunately was cold and served below average coffees.

Disliked: The elevators were broken during my whole visit and my room was on the 6th floor. I managed, but for anyone with mobility issues this would have been a nightmare. At the very least, I would have expected an advance notice of this issue (the elevators had been broken for at least a day when I arrived), and to give me a chance to rebook somewhere else free of charge.

Great stay, superb location

Liked: I stayed here recently with my son for a two night stay.The hotel is in an amazing location in Leicester Square, so central and handy for the tourist attractions of central London plus the tube is about a 2 minute walk away.The reception team were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, as well as the catering staff.Our room was on floor 2 and was spacious with plenty of storage space plus tea / coffee making facilities, super comfy bed, fridge, safe, hairdryer and a bathroom with the most wonderful shower - instantly hot and powerful. The air conditioning also worked well.I was a little tentative after reading some of the reviews about breakfast but we thoroughly enjoyed. There are hot options (sausages, bacon, beans, hash browns, mushrooms and eggs) plus cereals, yoghurt, fruit, breads, pastries and we really couldn’t want for more. The dining area itself was also well set out and presented.We absolutely loved our stay here and will most certainly book again in future and I will also look to book for business as it is ideal and offered good value for money in a superb location Thank you for a wonderful stay
