Liked: Hotel was in a good location and was clean. Staff were helpful. Superior double room was a good size for London.
Disliked: Hotel is starting to show its age a bit. Mattress really needs replaced. It slanted to one side. When someone walked down the hall, past the room, the floor in the room squeaked and groaned.

Liked: Everything was perfect. Hotel is roomy for London, excellent location, friendly staff and super breakfast. Room was perfect temperature and bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend and will stay again . Thank you

Exceptional

Liked: The staffs Jainam and Ismail were very helpful. They helped me with early check-in and provided me with information about eateries and places to visit around for shopping.The room had a good view of the square.
Disliked: The breakfast is not worth it. No one should pay for it. It had no choice only.

Disliked: Very small room. The property didn’t feel secure. Staff not knowledgeable.

Liked: The personal was absolutely wonderful and helped at any time of the day
Disliked: We didnt like that we could not open the windows since there was not solwed problem of air circulation. We do not see Aircondition as a problem solver.
