A great central choice for...

Liked: The location was fabulously central for everything we wanted to do. We were slightly worried that the room might be noisy at night but it was very quiet. We were on the the 6th floor in a lovely room with round windows - nice view.
Disliked: Nothing

Great location, lovely room however...

Liked: The room was lovely and a good size.Location was fabulous. Room was quiet which was great considering it was in such a busy location
Disliked: Staff quite unprofessional Reception area was very messy and felt a bit like a coffee shop instead of a hotel upon arrival Only one lift was working and it took ages

Exceptional

Liked: Location was 2 mins fro the tube and easy walk to Covent Garden in 5 mins, Trafalgar Square in 10 mins and the embankment in 10 mins. Just perfect for travelling around London.

Convenient location and a great...

Liked: We loved our reception at the hotel and the anniversary surprise in our room. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable… we had a great nights sleep.
Disliked: Although the staff were super friendly and accommodating they didn’t keep on top of the service at breakfast. Things had run out which we had to ask for, tables not cleared etc. Didn’t really like eating in the reception area and the tables were very close together.
