Disappointing

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Elevator broke down 12 times. Breakfast was subpar. For 350 a night at least the breakfast could be a bit more quality with proper coffee.

Disliked: Hotel has two elevators but only one worked. This resulted in significant delays when trying to get to reception or back to the room, considering the number of rooms booked. Very uncomfortable and unacceptable that over so many days still inoperative. Reception advised to dial 0 from the room to connect with reception but it doesn't work either. Out of three days stay, one day the housekeeping was skipped for unknown reason.

A really bad experience!

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: They changed the room several times.I had to take my bags up to the room using the stairs (the lift was out of service) due to them not having enough staff at the facility. They are not helping if you call. And no one answers to any small request.
