Clean and comfortable stay

Liked: The property was close to family in Berlin and the cemetery for a family funeral. The cafes and restaurants nearby were wonderful!
Disliked: Breakfast not included. No coffee maker or refrigerator in the rooms. Some of the staff, not all, were not very knowledgeable of the area and how to get around by transportation.

Liked: Rooms where clean and warm was 18 degrees during the day but down to 3 outside never felt cold in hotel in evening 20 minute walk to u Bahn. Did not use the hotel facilities a lot was visiting family so only one breakfast had there but there was a good selection buffet style and good food

Disliked: Housekeeping can be more alert on the signs hung at the door. They missed my room, twice, even though the make up room card hung outside.

Liked: Comfortable and well located hotel. The staff are always helpful and go the extra mile. Our room was spacious and the beds very comfortable.Certainly we will come back.

Liked: The room was exceptionally spacious if a little hot! Breakfast sustained us until mid afternoon.
Disliked: There was nothing of which to be critical.
