Liked: Pets friendly hotel Perfect location beachfront and close to restaurant. Friendly staff. Big and roomy bathroom. Contemporary design
Disliked: My room assignment is not good. The window view was the next-door balcony and roof.Expensive restaurant inside the hotel.

Liked: The location is right on the beach
Disliked: The first time we stayed, the room was dirty, and blood on the sheets, the patio door was broken. The second time they put us in an accessible handicap room, the beds were low to the ground, and the wooden bed rails hurt, getting in and out of bed. It was very uncomfortable Check-in was at 4 we didn't get our room till 5 and never got any compensation. Not sure we will go back. it is so expensive to have all those things happen

Horrendous and incredibly bad value...

Liked: Not very much at all I’m afraid.
Disliked: The food was the worst we’ve experienced in the US by some distance. The room was small. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable my kids couldn’t sleep. $1100 for one night - an absolute rip off. And the location was a total waste of time.

Not worth the price

Liked: Hotel is awesome, and has great amenities. The location is amazing, walking distance to everything!
Disliked: Our room was located on the third floor on the north side next to the parking lot. Every morning we were awoken at 5:00 with trash pick-ups and hotel deliveries. This last 1 -2 hours. There was not a day where we were able to sleep in. Also, they have great outdoor seating with firepits but they are open to the public. This made it very difficult to find seating. Not sure why a resort fee paying customer has to compete with a non resort fee paying person not staying at the hotel.
