Liked: Friendly helpful staff. Lovely spacious rooms. Nice buffet breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing really apart from hearing the noise from traffic in the morning as it is situated on a busy roundabout.

Disliked: The cafe bar not always maned and very basic ,breakfast was just ok but evening meal was terrible would not recommend ,food was cold and very basic , hygiene was terrible the cafe bar man was constantly wiping his noise with his hand and did not wash hands regularly basic hygiene was needed

Disliked: It’s so far away from anything unfortunately about a 2 mile walk to anywhere remotely worth visiting, unfortunately it was probably our worst holiday ever. People in almeria are all local which is fine but what is not okay is the way they are so rude towards English tourists. They chose not to speak any English in restaurants we ever spoke Spanish and them and they still didn’t understand. Or more like they didn’t want to help. Food was awful, everything fried. We got stomach bugs and felt like we needed another holiday after this one. Pool was not open not even to sit around outside. Breakfast was standard choice, quality not good at all. If you’re dairy intolerant expect to starve. Reception some friendly some not. Left waiting 30 mins to ask for an iron.

Disappointing 4-star experience

Liked: Our family experience did not live up to the 4-star hotel rating. While the private parking was convenient and the rooms were spacious, several key aspects were disappointing.The staff struggled with English, which made communication challenging. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak, making it hard to shower properly. The only toiletry provided was a 3-in-1 shower gel - no separate shampoo or conditioner, which felt below standard for a hotel of this rating.The extra bed provided for our child was broken, and there was no blanket available in the room for it. Breakfast was also a letdown: instant coffee, dirty tableware, and food trays that weren’t refilled in time, resulting in limited options.Overall, the stay felt far from what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel.
