Spacious apartment with good facilities

Liked: Spacious apartment, well stocked kitchen with plenty of crockery
Disliked: Noisy near the road at times. Some minor issues with cleanliness and several non-functioning bulbs; small niggles only.

Liked: Location is good - close to river walk , cafes and restaurants. Nice pool area
Disliked: Apartment wasn't clean. There were layers of dust on shutters, bedside tables, etc. Smell in the apartment was horrible - combination of mold , dust and dirty carpet. No TV remote was found. Rusty microwave (I doubt it was even safe to use it). All these issues were addressed and fixed but for the money we pay I'd prefer not to have any issues at the first place.
