Passable

Liked: There was no breakfast.
Disliked: They need to fix things up better

My stay with the family...

Liked: There is no breakfast, lot of garbage in the containers in front of your room, and parking lot wasn't that great.
Disliked: There is a lot that need to be done for this facility to become a 2 star hotel. Everything, it was not to the expectations that you see in photos, I couldn't believe that Booking.com would offer this Motel as a Hotel. For the price paid, could have got a better hotel in the same area, also the prepaid is not a custom for hotels to charge the entire amount two days before arriving, usually all hotels you pay at the property. Was very disappointed.

Bad enough I won’t be...

Liked: The air conditioning worked well that’s the only good thing I can say about my stay.
Disliked: Upon arriving at 11:20pm a sign in the lobby stated the lobby is closed from 11-7 even though my reservation paperwork stated that check in was until 11:30. After finding an employee in the parking lot we were able to get into our room. The bed sheets were stained the shower was dirty. The water pressure wasn’t that great along with the hot water. My bother also found a bug crawling in his bed when trying to fall asleep. They refused to allow me to check out early.

Beware don't use booking.com!!!!!!

Liked: I liked nothing. Value Inn employee was very rude on the phone also. Booking.com was no help in resolving this issue.
Disliked: Hotel was closed when we arrived. Paid the fee for a two bed room and place was locked up tight when we arrived. Booking.com and Value Inn refuse to issue refund. When making reservation I states I would arrived between 23:00-24:00 hours. Unfortunately they close at 22:00 hours and took my money.

Will not be staying again

Disliked: Didn't smell the best and floor was damaged and there was no room phone to call front desk

Terrifying experience with sketchy people...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It was horrible. Would never stay again. I felt my safety was a stake constantly. The bed sheets were stained with period blood or cum. It was filthy everywhere. Smoke detector was broken. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was mold. I was terrified of potential bed bugs or other bugs in the room. The floors were disgusting. Absolutely would never pay again.

Highly Recommend NOT BOOKING WITH...

Liked: Nothing!!!!!!! There was no staff on site when i arrived to check in. Had to Spend more money to stay at a different hotel!!I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!
Disliked: The Fact that not one staff member was there!!!! Could not check in and as a result had to spend Extra funds for a different hotel to stay at!!!!! I was not the only patron that this happened to. Another guy arrived minutes after i did and had to go else where too.

I was bamboozeled by this...

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: This property is false advertising what the rooms and property look like. We didn’t want to stay here because it looks nothing like what the picture shows. It’s a shame that they are allowed to take peoples money and lie about what the property looks like and offers. They know what they’re doing. The property is drastically different. This is why they don’t offer a refund because they know this property is a mess
