Liked: Perfect location for exploring downtown Chicago and Lincoln Park area. Great view from the room. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Some amenities were not available during the week and some were out of season but we knew that prior to booking so not a problem.

Liked: Special mention to Mark who is super friendly and helpful. Hotel is lovely and in a good location.
Disliked: I stayed here recently and gave the hotel ten stars but this time just wasnt the same. It looked as though the room hadn't been fully cleaned, the bathroom wasn't completely cleaned and one of the towels was really dirty which was a bad start to our stay.

Nice hotel with some surprising...

Liked: The rooftop bar is excellent. And the ground floor restaurant is reliably pleasant. The location is superb.
Disliked: Housekeeping was hit or miss over an extended stay. Didn't seem to replenish everything each day. More annoying was the quality of bath towels provided in a top dollar room: pretty much gym quality and rough. When asked for replacements, there were more of the same. Easy fix! Upgrade to some nice towels, please.

Liked: Love the location. Great staff.

Not worth the price, but...

Liked: The room was nice and the decor was beautiful. The lobby was really cool and the rooftop pool will be nice in the summer. The guy who checked us in was really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was stuff under the bed, likely from a previous guest, so assuming the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The gym was small and sub par. There weren't any washcloths in the bathroom. We asked for a late checkout since checkout was at 12, they told us there was not availability, which was fine, but at 12:01, as we were leaving, someone from the staff was knocking on the door for us to leave. Very passive aggressive in my opinion.
