Thank you for good service

Liked: I recently stayed at your hotel again after visiting for the first time seven years ago. I am very happy to see that you have reopened in such a great location and that the rooms have been beautifully remodeled. I also want to mention that the manager is very professional and made my stay even better. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Definitely stay here

Liked: Friendly staff, took the time to make sure we were happy
Disliked: Difficult to get in the driveway.

slept well but no amenities

Liked: I slept
Disliked: No Amenities. No Iron. A steamer with no instructions and not even a pole to hang up my clothes. No coffee maker in room. no breakfast or even coffee.

Can’t wait to visit again!...

Liked: I’m so happy this hotel has reopened. The location couldn’t be better. It’s still going through some transition which is great! Next time I come it will be even better!
Disliked: Landscaping could be better and I would love more tv channels

Liked: Never given the option to find out
Disliked: I paid in advanced to book a room for a concert in March. I selected the "pay upon arrival" option since it was 11 months in advanced. One week after booking, they pulled out the entire amount for my stay. I let it go since I would be paying eventually anyway. Fast forward 11 months, I called the hotel to confirm my reservation before we hit the road, just to find out that they had not been open to the public for 2 years, it is a homeless shelter now, which is fine, but why did they process my payment 11 months before of they weren't even open to the public? Still waiting for a full refund in May and this trip was in March. Very disappointed with their communication and customer service.
