Great hotel for the price.

Liked: The eagerness of staff especially Mya. She was so friendly and warm and she also gave me more comfort in knowing the best value for the rooms. This definitely is a great hotel.
Disliked: I have no complaints to address yet.

I enjoyed my stay!

Liked: The room has everything you need plus it’s in such a convenient location.
Disliked: I don’t have anything negative to say, just a suggestion. I recommend a pool and bigger relax area. Otherwise it’s definitely a 5STAR

NEVER AGAIN!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I had a 14 1/2 hr. drive. We arrived after midnight. We were told our reservation was no longer valid even though we had left our credit card info as assurance. They said they were full. They gave our room to someone else. It must have been right at midnight, otherwise our reservation would have still been valid. They said they had already changed over the computers to the next day and check-in would be after 3 in the afternoon. There was nothing in the description of the hotel on booking.com staying this.They better not have counted us as a no-show and charged our card! We found a room at the HAMPTON INN. They said they didn't close their reservations until 3 AM. The customer service representative for HAMPTON was extraordinarily nice and even heard the exhaustion in my voice. He said not to worry; he would find a place for us.

Long behold he was off...

Liked: I like the overall experience in the location we sat at I really didn't like the fact they didn't have breakfast but you know what it was top notch without it not here this is booking.com for here it is
Disliked: But I didn't like about it was no continental breakfast with the trays and I also didn't have coffee when we needed it cuz they never came by room and bring it toilet paper ran a little short they said go and get it from the store write a short
