Horrible!! NEVER AGAIN

Disliked: Staff/GM was racist. Smelled like animals feces, cigarettes, and weed. It has bed bugs, roaches, rats & is dirty.

Liked: The room was clean, had everything I needed for my short stay.
Disliked: Staff was very confused about the nightly/weekly rental. I was first turned down, even though I made a reservation online. Front desk clerk called the manager, who informed her they-do nightly rentals. The price online, was not locked in. I was quoted $72.50 with my reservation, I was charged $126 for one night. The next day (day of checkout), the front desk clerk called me at 10:20am, asking if I had checked out yet, that check out was at 11 and I would be charged for another night. I explained that the website, their website says check out is at 12pm. And was told “thats what she was told”. Overall, not a good experience, staff was less than knowledgeable about their policies, price was higher than my reservation quote.

It was ok.

Disliked: Tv was terrible, bed was bad, and bathroom was loud. Kitchen had no equipment.
