University Inn at San Luis Obispo

Very disappointing!

Liked: Not much, a new pool area that we didn’t use but got charged for a facility fee but there no real ‘facilities’ to speak about.
Disliked: Very rundown! Shower ran steadily after turning it off, lamp shades had many holes in them, woodwork needed painting badly, the walkways were chipped and peeling in areas. The handicapped room they started to put us in was a nightmare for a handicapped person with a tub, hook for towels high in the wall, bathroom door would not even open, furniture was so badly chipped as well as the floor. After all the charges we paid $200+ for this room.

Liked: Great hospitality, very clean rooms and spacious. Breakfast bar in the morning with cereal, fruit, pastries, and great coffee. Would definitely stay here again and it's a great value

Liked: Location, parking, clean room.

Liked: Clean, quiet room.
Disliked: No coffee maker in room. There was a single brew by cup in office, had to wait in line to brew. Definitely a negative.

University Inn

Disliked: The bed was not comfortable, very squishy and not much support.There is not a coffee maker in the room.

Very bad experience, not able...

Liked: Breakfast frozen sandwiches, place location near for my visit to San Luis obispo
Disliked: Room connected to other people's room, in which you could hear movement and voice. Air conditioner made so much noise that you couldn't hear the TV or sleep.

Good

Liked: It was clean and had comfy beds.
Disliked: Nothing specific but I think i was a little expensive for what it was.
