Overall we had a great...

Liked: Food was good at the cafe. Starbucks on site. Quick busses to Universal. Pool was clean and spacious.
Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable and hurt my back. Rooms are a little small for a family of four.

Liked: It was an amazing experience. The only negative point was the cleanliness of the area around the pool and lobby. I would recommend to have more staff to keep the area clean.
