Very welcoming, clean, and friendly...

Liked: It was very close to the nearby attractions. Very clean, and quiet. The hospitality was very welcoming. Having the shuttle bus that had extended hours was a plus.

Exceptional

Liked: Walking distance to Epic Universe.Clean and bright hotel.Early entry into Universal parks.Restaurant was ok.Free buses to Universal parks.
Disliked: If going to anywhere other than Epic Universe you will need a car or bus.

It was great overall. Good...

Liked: It was very easy to navigate. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly. It was clean and the walk to the park was very easy and nice.
Disliked: Need more regular food. Ate too much fried food.

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The price we paid was well worth it for the quality and location of the hotel. Our room was spacious and cleanly. We loved having drinks at the pool bar and relaxing by the pool all afternoon!
Disliked: The only downsides to this resort is that there are a lot of families (we’re a couple with no children). We wanted to utilize the hot tub one night and it was filled with children using pool noodles and floaties. We also didn’t like how the hotel rooms do not have microwaves, as we had leftovers we could not heat up to eat.

Liked: The atmosphere, decor, cleanliness, staff and closeness to epic universe was a great!
Disliked: The gift shop needed stella nova merch!! More pillows on the bed. Only were 4 for us 4 when me and my husband need 2 each añs it is. Many other hotels use 4 on each bed.

Liked: The resort staff were helpful and friendly the location is perfect for anyone going for universal or Disney as both are located close "universal is pretty much right across the road"
Disliked: The only thing I would possibly change is the hot tub temperature at least at night during the day it's a bit mild and at night even though it's still warm the knock off of the heat is noticed.
