Bad

Liked: The only good thing about the hotel was that it was close to the beach.
Disliked: Room was very small, not cleaned properly, tv was not working. Our room was not cleaned throughout our stay. Bed linen not changed and when I asked for fresh towels for myself and my son I only got one throughout our stay. I was not informed that there was a communal kitchen for the use of customers. Water pressure in the shower was really bad. The lift was so small we could hardly fit there with our suitcases.

Liked: The location was great near the beach and town centre
Disliked: The carpet was old and sticky and the tv they gave us was faulty. Although we asked for another one they ignored us. Also the cleaner never came to clean during the stay

Liked: Very welcoming hotel in a great location just minutes from the beach. Room was spotless bad bed very comfy. All staff were friendly which is one of the reasons I extended my stay. Will return 100%

Liked: A warm greeting and helpful staff.
Disliked: The double bed mattress was badly worn and concave with springs sticking into our backs. We didn't get a good night's sleep at all. The bed linen was dirty. The en-suite shower smelled disgusting and was poorly maintained. The curtains in our bedroom were facing in opposite directions, the left curtain showing a pattern. The right curtain shows the lining, which was hanging from the curtain rail by 1 curtain hook. Only 1 towel provided for 2 guests. No bar facilities for guests. Nor was there an option to take breakfast.
