Liked: I really like the hotel. Third time I have stayed. Rooms always clean and comfortable. Location is brilliant. Lovely and quiet. The fact is has a gym and spa is a huge bonus. Totally recommend

Liked: room was a nice size, comfortable bed, facilities in room good, locatedin lovely surroundings.
Disliked: Sauna wasn't working, steam room needed a good clean.wide variety for breakfast, however, sausages under cooked on first morning, baked beans low standard, had to ask for cups for coffees,tables weren't cleared away, just left, had to track down our own knife and forks, no pastries when we went into breakfast.

A relaxing place offering good...

Liked: The position on a golf course is truely lovely… beautiful views from the restaurant over the course. Staff are very helpful and cheerful … even if young and less experienced.The refurbished rooms are a good size, clean and with lots of what’s needed. Bathrooms with lovely fluffy white towels were super. Tissues provided. Coffee/tea selection in room is great. Iron and ironing board and in room safe, extra pillows and fan. Bottled water.A good number of electric sockets, USB, and a mirror in a good position for hair drying.Plenty of space to park.Lovely coffee/tea selection at breakfast.Access to the Spa/pool is a super extra, as is being able to sit in its relaxing lounge area.
Disliked: Would have liked a fridge in the room for fresh milk.The hand/body/hair wash didn’t lather well and I’d have liked a separate hair shampoo.Bedrooms on one side of the hotel overlook the car park rather than the golf course.A couple of items at the serve yourself buffet breakfast seemed poor quality … tinned tomatoes rather than grilled fresh and watery baked beans.Restaurant/bar drinks prices are a bit on the high side.

Liked: Size of room facilities friendly staff nice and quiet and the gym .
Disliked: The swimming and sauna and salt jacuzzi could not be found .
