Liked: Fantastic location, beautiful stained glass windows, comfy beds, enjoyable breakfast
Disliked: There was no lift and we were on the 4th floor. There were many steps. Additionally the shower was in the bath, which you had to climb up to, on three steps around 6" wide, it became a balancing act. There was no shower curtain and no bath baths so getting out safely was in issue on a slippy floor

Liked: 1. Location: We wanted to stay close to Charles bridge and the hotel is just 5 minutes on foot from the bridge.2. Luggage storage: the hotel's check out time is 11:00am and our flight was in the evening. The hotel staff helpfully allowed us to leave our luggage with them to have a day trip in town before our flight.
Disliked: 1. Breakfast: limited options, especially for vegetarians. 2. Shower is too low even for a petite person (under 1.6m tall) like me. The shower head is loose and keeps falling off the hook.

Disliked: They advertise a sauna and whirlpool for their guests and option for late check out on weekends. However the sauna is in a weird dingy room and you have to pay 20 Euros for them to turn it on. They seemed really disinterested in me using it. I asked for late check out and they said maybe, I needed to check with them that morning. Not knowing when you have to check out until the day your leaving defeats is logistically not helpful. They charge for everything in your room, even cheap coffee and tea. They charge 2 euros for a nespresso pod coffee in your room.
