The view was the most...

Liked: I would literally pay 10 times the price for just an hour on the sea view terrace watching the sunset, what an amazing view! A beautiful hotel with amazing character and such a pleasant experience, I booked this place last minute and I’m so unbelievably glad I did, I’m from wales and I’ve been to Barmouth several times but I’ve never seen it like this! …wow!!
Disliked: Honestly and genuinely, I can’t think of a single thing.

ocean views with breakfast

Liked: The location is beautiful. we had some trouble parking but that was really our own fault. You can watch the ocean from the breakfast room in the morning and we had an ocean view room also. That was great. We asked for a duvet, which was very confusing for the staff (no one had asked for a second one before I think), and they found us a blanket. We also got to lend two plates for our outside dinner. They were really accommodating towards my mums gluten intolerance and were lovely overall.
Disliked: The only funky thing was the bathroom in the room. It had a bifold door and you basically felt like you were taking a wee in the wardrobe. The bed was also very small for two people. Keep in mind that both me and my mum have 180cm beds at home. So if you're used to less it will be fine.

Our stay was wonderful.

Liked: The breakfast was lovely so too was the evening meal we had, the view was spectacular and the room was just lovely the wallpaper was high end wouldn't have minded that in my house. The castle itself was stunning, the decor, the stairway everything beautiful.
Disliked: There was not a single thing we did not like!
