Very good

Disappointing customer service.

Liked: Comfybed
Disliked: There wasn’t a shower as stated in the room as stated on the booking form. I let them know a month in advance that I was coeliac but there wasn’t any gluten free bread nor a proper menu. So not coeliac friendly.

Liked: Lovely old building, lovely staff cracking food.
Disliked: Nothing.

Lovely inn

Liked: Old inn with a lot of character.
Disliked: It’s on a busy road.

Authentic village pub environment.

Liked: We wanted to stay in an authentic old pub and it was just that. Full of charm and character.
Disliked: They were not providing dinner on Mondays and there was some construction work underway.

Liked: Comfortable room water was not hot though apart from that would definitely recommend
Disliked: Hot water in shower or tap

Liked: The history, the quirkiness. The food in the restaurant was excellent.
Disliked: I understand that it is a very old building with uneven and creaky floors but the noise from everyone, everywhere in the hotel could be heard. Our sleep was disrupted due to us being able to hear every other room in the building.
