Turf Valley Resort

Very good

Liked: This 2as my third stay at Turf Valley Resort. It was good to see some of the upgrades going on from one stay to the next. Some features are still a bit dated, i.e. the lighting fixtures; however, the rooms are clean and comfortable, overall.
Disliked: Service and meals in the restaurant were mostly exceptional until Saturday morning when there was a complete breakdown in service. Our group of 5 took over half an hour to get their meals. The orders were taken promptly, as always, but then the wait for the food stretched out forever. The meals themselves were simple fruit bowls and toast/muffins. The most complicated was one order of French toast, which the day before had come out in about 5 minutes. Not sure what happened in the kitchen, but something was going on.

Liked: Clean, quiet. The only complaint I have is the bed. It is very comfortable but TOO HIGH!!! I am 5’2” and the height of the bed was up to my hips! Very hard to get into bed.
