Liked: The hotel surroundings are excellent and the hotel facilities are of a very high standard. The staff were friendly and proficient in their work

The rooms Wasn’t clean enough

Liked: Staff were super nice, great hotel and location, lovely lake and view
Disliked: The dinner wasn’t good as we ordered steak but was just 2 small pieces of meat cut wasn’t even a piece of meat properly. My 1 year old crib was no mattress on it wasn’t comfortable, also I taught my child got chickenpox with all the spots and rash but just came out of doctors confirmed she got a bed bugs something that bite her all over her body is allergies now and on medication. I expected much more clean in a resort hotel and for the price we paid for one night €418. My husbands legs all been bite too so much be the beds. We were happy of staying as if this didn’t happens

Liked: Service from beginning to end was exceptional. The staff make the stay special. The food amazing from dinner in the Bar to breakfast in the Fairways Restaurant. Will definitely return!
Disliked: The double was two separate pushed together which didn't work great. The chairs in the bar for some reason were a bit uncomfortable to sit in - too big to sit back so ended up leaning forward for most of it.

Beautiful hotel

Liked: Beautiful hotel- but no room service & nothing in the fridge/ minibar. The restaurant served a beautiful breakfast & a lovely dinner. Sadly the bar food took an hour for our lunch

Liked: Beautiful weather showed off the grounds to perfection.Michelle in the spa deserves a special mention and the waitress in the fairways restaurant.No swimming pool or walks on the grounds- a perimeter walk around the golf course would be great.
