Poor

Liked: Staff were exceptional.
Disliked: Having no A/C as standard on a boiling hot day. Room was a basement with noise from the tube trains.

Pleasant stay at the friendly...

Liked: The location is ideal for easy access to Paddington Station and the rest of London. I often stay in the locality. The Tudor Court is laid out like all the other B&Bs on the Square but has been updated. The single rooms are very small and there is no lift but the staff went above and beyond to help me with my suitcase and I upgraded to a double room. The only reason I did that was because I had a very large suitcase with me, if you travel with hand luggage only the small room is fine. The bathroom was small but fine and the shower was fantastic! I cannot commend the staff enough for their assistance and kindness and I will definitely be staying there again.
Disliked: The room was very warm but a fan was provided.

Clean,comfortable and characterful London hotel...

Liked: The staff were able to meet my request for a ground floor room as my wife has diifficulty with stairs. All staff were really friendly and helpful.The hotel's location in a pleasant green and quiet London square yet only 3 minutes walk to Paddington Station is amazingly convenient. A very usefuldiscovery.
Disliked: The shower room with toilet was spotlessly clean,but absolutely tiny!The hotel doesn't have its own breakfast or dining room, but the Lite Bites Cafe and Bar just across the road, recommended by the hotel, is excellent.

Superb

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, near restaurants and shops, very close to Paddington Station and Paddington Underground station.
Disliked: The room was small but very doable.

Excellent position

Liked: In an excellent position for travelling from Wales and West Country and wishing to go to Heathrow airport
Disliked: The bedroom was a little cramped although it had all the facilities that you would need for a few nights stay
