Great place to stay

Disliked: Nothing

Great room - enough beds...

Good

Liked: Clean, tidy, had good fridge. Soft bed
Disliked: Bathroom was very small.

Friendly and welcoming

Liked: Very friendly,did everything possible to make my stay comfortable 24 hour manned reception desk too

A great option for one...

Liked: Location is fantastic, very close to Paddington Station and all the nearby attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no lift, but they will help you with your luggage which is great (if guilt-inducing!).
Disliked: Not all rooms are airconditioned. It's also obviously right on top of the underground line, so be prepared for periodic noise/vibration! The rooms, and bathrooms, are on the small side but that was OK for the one night we stayed.

Compact and Cozy.

Liked: The room was small, but to be expected for a foreign country. The location was great. The subway was less than a 5 minute walk as well as the direct train to and from the airport. There were several bistros in the area.
Disliked: The room was described as having a garden view. The view was of a brick wall. The bathroom was smaller than the one on an airplane. You have to pay for AC in your room.

lovely hotel and staff!

Liked: lovely little hotel perfect location 10 min walk to hyde park! staff were all so welcoming and lovely
Disliked: only thing i will say is there was no air conditioning and we were on the lowest floor so was very hot! but they provided a fan so wasn’t too bad!
