Easy location for The Garden and theatre. Great price. Would stay again.

Liked: Bedding and the shower.
Disliked: Just noisy people in the hallway at all hours.

Disliked: I book 2 rooms but when I go to check in they just give one room first one time. Second room they give me 4pm. I was leaving on 8 floor room no# 803,804 Room was not clean well and bed was dusty i found ant in the bed Room no 803

Very good

Liked: Great location and the room met our needs for a family of five. Room was comfortable and very quiet.
Disliked: I wish breakfast had been included with our stay without additional cost. The loveseat in our room was a bit worn.

the hotel made our stay...

Disliked: The room was disgusting . There was blood all over the sheets and comforter. Mold in shower . We told the management and they told us the owner is cheap and he doesn’t care . I gave it one because zero was not available.

Disliked: Worst customer service I ever had from the staff , not clean at all , very bad experience . The receptionist totally unhelpful and careless , I had an issue with the drinks machine in the Lobby , took the money but didn’t give the drinks , they didn’t care and ask to call a number , this is before few minutes of leaving the hotel
