Easy location for The Garden and theatre. Great price. Would stay again.

Disliked: Just noisy people in the hallway at all hours.

Liked: The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping was also very accommodating. Clean rooms, great location. Room had good amenities. Good coffee and plenty of it, also water bottles.
Disliked: I liked everything.

Superb

Comfortable room, great location, happy...

Liked: The beds were comfortable, felt decently clean, decent space for suitcases, walking distance to time square, close to subway station, close to mcdonalds, check in and out was easy. Free water cooler in the lobby. Suitcase storage is helpful. Fridge is helpful too.
Disliked: Some of the staff members were not the most polite and friendly, basic requests or questions seemed like an inconvenience. A basic kettle would have been nice to have.

Liked: Very central to all amenities.Felt knowing that the police precinct was next door.
Disliked: The room above us had a leak through the bathroom and the night before we left it started leaking into our bathroom. Bathroom smelt of urine the next morning. Seems like they knew about this problem before as you could see the stains on the ceiling.
