Easy location for The Garden and theatre. Great price. Would stay again.

Great for families!

Liked: We love that this hotel offered a family suite which is why we chose this hotel. The other great thing was the location. There were a million options to eat and was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do.
Disliked: We would have liked for breakfast to have been better especially when you have to pay for it.

Worst hotel experience ever.

Liked: This is a good location that is very close to Times Square.
Disliked: This is not a professionally run establishment. Told late that evening that they did not have a room for me despite my prepaid reservation and then failed to assure that I could be accommodated at another location. I spent two and half hours with my family shuffling from location to location before eventually requesting a full refund and finding a new (more expensive) accommodation on my own.

Liked: It is close to Times Square (8 mins. walk), 2 mins walk to Penn station and 5 mins walk to Empire State Building. Hotel has all the necessary stuff we need. Friendly and Helpful staff. Price is reasonable compared with other hotels.

Liked: The man checking us in was super great. He was so very nice and helpful. I didn’t get his name, unfortunately.
Disliked: We didn’t know there was any type of food offered on a Sunday morning and we saw the food containers but no plates or anything.

Liked: Employees just made our trip fun while they were so helpful. Everywhere answers to our questions, maybe not so many smiles but offered help!
Disliked: Had too much fun to notice.
