Decent place to stay and...

Liked: We liked the area, the staff was excellent.
Disliked: The bathroom door did not close all the way as it was on a track. The room was small and had no chairs.

Lovey hotel for visiting Lawrenceville

Liked: The locations great. This is really the only hotel in the area, but it’s a great neighborhood. Rooms are very big, and it’s pet friendly!
Disliked: Asking the staff for help with anything will take ages. There was no blow dryer in my room and when I called (with wet hair) I was told it would be right up. An hour later my hair had mostly air dried and the dryer never came. They also close the rooftop bar with no notice or signage often, which can be annoying when you’re looking forward to it!

Great art hotel, room and...

Liked: Large, comfortable room and bed. Great location in a safe and interesting neighbourhood.
Disliked: Room could have been cleaner - I'm not sure it was fully serviced before I moved into it - and the service (change of bedding, towels etc) after 3 days didn't happen. The noise from the street was fine but the occasional periodic shuddering of the building during the day was annoying.

Disliked: I reserved this hotel strictly for the rooftop bar/area, but once I checked in I was notified that it was closed for the night for an event. Had I known prior to my stay I would’ve booked a different hotel. They should at least offer discounted rates if one of their biggest amenities isn’t available. Once I got to my room I noticed I did not have a microwave or fridge, which I addressed with the front desk and they were nice enough to have a fridge sent up. I booked the deluxe king room.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable; everything looked great - decor; great location
Disliked: I didn't like that we HAD to valet at around $26 for the night, plus tip to park and pick up, and the car was literally parked right there about 20 feet from the valet stand - we could see it from our room, So close that when we picked up the car, the valet literally handed us the keys to drive it away. That just seemed silly and no reason to pay for that.
