Liked: The location was perfect. The size of the room and the valet staff was great.
Disliked: There was no refrigerator or microwave. The bath wash was empty, no back up roll of toilet paper and the handle on the inside of the bathroom was broken. I also did not appreciate paying $28 dollars for parking everyday, you should not have to pay for parking when paying to stay at the hotel, especially every day of your stay

Liked: Decor was quite nice - the room looked good and the cosy space was designed well. There was a place to put everything we needed. The air con/ heat was excellent. The windows had a double blind system to completely or partially block light - very effective. Location was great to walk to various restaurants and cafes in the area. The best thing was the bed - one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in! Lots of nice linens and good pillows. Lovely lady at the coffee bar taking breakfast orders - she was a real gem.
Disliked: Staff was perfunctory at best. Desk staff gave us the wrong information about breakfast twice. The parking situation is really atrocious - you simply have to have a place for guests to unload cars and check in without being hassled by valets to move. Parking is insanely expensive at almost 30$ a day but that is to be expected in Pittsburgh. Street parking was possible, though.

Liked: - Excellent location — close to everything we needed- The room was spacious and matched the photos perfectly- The bed was very
Disliked: - The biggest inconvenience was the valet parking. Although there was a large outdoor lot directly in front of the hotel, it was reserved for valet only (approx. $27/night). Most of the time, it would have been quicker and easier to park or retrieve the car ourselves, as it was just a very short walk away.- Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use the rooftop. It was closed for a private event the first night, and completely closed the second night — which was disappointing.- The tables in the downstairs restaurant were noticeably dirty and not cleaned between guests, which left a poor impression.- We returned to the room around 4 PM after a day out, only to find it hadn’t been cleaned yet, which was unexpected.
