Excellent staff all around. Friendly and engaging every time we stay here. Everyone from the front desk to house keeping are top notch. On this stay Roberto and GM Joseph Macedo went above and beyond. TRYP Newark is the only place we will stay for our yearly visit back home.

Liked: Outstanding.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

When we got to our room there was only one bed (thought I booked 2 beds); no chair and we had what looked like dried blood on our light switch! Called the front desk. They changed our room. We still had only 1 bed and when I pulled the bedding down there was hair in the bed. We were exhausted and made the best of it. Hoping never to go back!

Liked: Bathroom was nice.
Disliked: Blood on our light switch; hair in my bed.

Liked: We attended a show at the Prudential Center and the location was perfect.... 8 mins walk between hotel and Prudential.In addition the hotel is location about 10 mins walk from Newark Penn Station so getting a train to head across to NYC was simple.

Liked: Good room and good location mear Newark Airport with also stores and markets nearby.
Disliked: The airport shuttle which was supposed to be every 30 minutes was hourly during our stay (justified by lack of drivers). Luckly we were early for our checkin.Also they never responded my questions sent throught the booking.com chat despite sending generical messages.
