When we got to our room there was only one bed (thought I booked 2 beds); no chair and we had what looked like dried blood on our light switch! Called the front desk. They changed our room. We still had only 1 bed and when I pulled the bedding down there was hair in the bed. We were exhausted and made the best of it. Hoping never to go back!

Good room in a good...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The room had everything we needed.
Disliked: The parking was tight and the designated hotel parking wasn’t clear. After our stay, I had additional charges from the property. I reached out to the property about the additional charges, but, as of today, still haven’t received a response.

Very nice staff but questionable...

Liked: Rooms are big and relatively new. The staff members are very helpful and friendly. The ATM in the hotel was a plus. Not located far away from the airport nor the train station.
Disliked: Smoke and weed smell in both rooms I stayed in. Not very clean if you are looking in the details. Very noisy clients even in the middle of the night.

OK for a short stay

Liked: Free shuttle to the airport, Food in the restaurant is not bad. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I expected a bit more class for the price of the room. Room is pretty basic, no "home feeling", very basic and not much of a design. I had a feeling sometimes that the receptionist had not much of an idea what was going on. He asked me if I paid already for the room or should I pay at check in.... I believe he should already know this.

Nice online, but deceiving in...

Liked: The lobby is cute and well-kept. I liked that I had to use my keycard to use the elevator. I also liked that there was security in the lobby entrance.
Disliked: The front desk staff were unfriendly. When I asked a question, they seemed annoyed. While I was waiting in line to check in, their tone when responding to people asking if there was a room available was rude. While I was waiting for the shuttle, the way a front desk employee was talking to whoever he was ordering food from was also rude. There were a number of "paid" people coming in and out of the hotel. When I arrived at the room, I was greeted with a strong smell of weed. It was so bad that the cleaning staff opened the window to air the room out. The cleanliness of the room was questionable as there was a lot of grime and dust built up in the bathroom.
