Liked: The staff were very friendly, from the valet to front desk. I like the food options and the microwave. Very nice. The outside seating area was lovely. My daughter did schoolwork in lobby area while I watched TV in the room.
Disliked: We used the valet however, if we choose not to the walk from the parking area was ridiculous.

Logistic is complex for families...

Liked: The hotel is brand new, I had the best sleep in years! The beds are awesome. The staff was amazing, super kind, they make the difference
Disliked: I was traveling with my newborn baby (carrying diapers etc) + my dog .. so there were two things that made everything more complicated. 1) the valet parking .. this was my first time traveling with my new baby so since the lobby is in the third floor , we arrived and we had to take everything out from the car because we didn’t have the option to park ourselves .. I would have preferred to leave some stuff in the car and grab them later and not needing to call the valet every time I needed to pick up something I left in the car..2) the reception is in the third floor. After the mess with taking everything from the car to get in to the hotel there weren’t any luggage cart available .. so grabbing all my stuff to go the lobby in the third floor

Adequate.

Liked: Valet and Shuttle service was greatBreakfast was good.
Disliked: Electric elevator and room key did not work. Bad first impression at front desk not acknowledged when standing there to get assistance with key. Was not informed about amenities when I checked in but overheard welcoming information given to others.

Liked: Everything was wonderful except for the daytime van driver. Rude is an understatement.
