We probably won’t stay in...

Liked: Clean, fresh and well setup.
Disliked: Stayed in a handicap accessible room which is what we asked for. Unfortunately there was really only one place to sit and that was in the desk chair. Yes there was a padded area on the bench attached to the wall but that was very uncomfortable. The room needs another chair.

I would definitely recommend this...

Liked: The property’s was great overall! Very clean! Excellent staff! Great breakfast! Comfy beds!
Disliked: We were awakened in the middle of the night to screaming from the room next door.

Liked: It was very easily accessible from the highway and it had a lot of eating possibilities available.
Disliked: Door and rooms were very thin. You could hear everything in the hallway.

Liked: Location, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.
Disliked: Room was tight and small. No digital key available I couldn’t reach the front desk by phone.

Wonderful accommodations—would stay here again!

Liked: The cleanliness of the public areas was outstanding! Breakfast was well supplied and restocked as needed. Front desk staff modeled excellent customer service.
Disliked: Our bed was a bit sloped. May be time for a new mattress!

Could have been great....

Liked: Love the hotel itself. Clean, great hot breakfast & staff was ok.
Disliked: The hotel had a water issue so I had zero hot water. Let it run for 20 min. When i asked front desk abt it was told i needed to run it longer. I just wanted a hot shower. Went to desk next day after running for over a half hour, still no hot water so asked to change rooms. My new key card didn't work to new room & as i approached the frt desk person to was complaining about me to maintence. I never had hot water & staff could have been friendlier. They should have told guests abt the water issue.

Liked: closed to highway.
Disliked: Bc of booking thru booking.com they gave me a handicap room, hotel was not full. HC room faced parking w high lights, which faced us as we tried to sleep night shield broke with electrical cable and clip attachment not chain on side up high where HC pp can't reach but it did not work, so we had to stock pillows in window sill to stop light at our face while we slept. Laura texted how was everything I replied with my concerns no response. At check k out, person doing breakfast said she would check me out too. When she was trying to apply my Hilton points the front t desk person arrived, with sunglasses not interested in whatI was saying, so I said you're not interested in what I'm saying about the HC room that needs to be addressed so just check me out...she then got a paper to write down problems in room. A handicap person could not possibly do the things we did to be able to have a night rest. hc shower curtain needs to be a little longer to stop all water from staying against wall instead of going to drain in the middle of bath or in shower drain.
