Liked: It was just a random selection of the hotel, but it exceeded my expectations. One of the best stays in Naperville, Chicago. They had a 24/7 coffee station, along with water and ice. I really loved the cleanliness, and the staff was helpful as well. The rooms were nice and clean.Overall, 10/10 for everything.

Liked: Mattress was comfy, plenty of amenities, nice towels, all applicances/electronics worked great. Also the location was ideal as we were close to many restaurants and shops. They have a lot of snacks in the lobby (not free) and they have free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate 24/7. The pool was well kept too.
Disliked: Blankets were small and not the most comfy, breakfast options could definitely be better, no bacon even. There was also a mix up and we were given a room with 1 King bed but had booked for 2 Queens. Took the hotel a bit but they were able to switch us, so I'm not sure if this was a hotel error or booking.com error.

Liked: Wish I could give a double poor for the hotel staff , they have charged me 25$ deposit twice which was never mentioned in fine prints while I was booking through the booking com . The rude staff despite me being Hilton honours charge me additional 50$ for early check in .. they keep knocking at my door early in the morning. I have been overcharged 76$ . Pathetic experience
